Winter atmosphere, two people talking to each other under two centuries-old oak trees, "supported" by a low wall (it is the oak trees that support), it is practically a drawing of a moment imprinted in the artist's mind. I have repeatedly mentioned Bice's ability to capture moments and recreate them in his works. When a human being appears in his paintings they are never banal moments. It is hardly everyday life unless it is the design of a square where there is crowding.
