Inhabited rock

Bice in his passion for nature, did not miss the sea, from this he took inspiration to paint even fantasy paintings, this is an example. This work has something unreal about it, but it can recall memories of a landscape seen. The painting is dominated by the presence of a sky that the artist never depicts as anonymous, the clouds always occupy a large part of the work and give weight to the whole. What could be the subject, i.e. the rock, is overlooked by the sky.
