River: Canada

One of the trips that Bice appreciated most, for the nature he found, was undoubtedly Canada. It is not the only work of course. The choice linked to the sensation of "I" that he saw is curious. Normally his style has been one of realism, nature is appreciated more with this technique, it allows the viewer to identify with the environment. In this case he made an exception, as we can see from the rather impressionistic technique of the painting. Surely this is given by the uniformity of the colors and the backlight effect that he created, which led to the lack of definition of the panorama.
